"Sanma (Pacific saury, mackerel pike)" is one of the most popular seasonal seafood.
The green Chinese character "旬" on each wrapping means "in season".

They look very fresh. They have a more pointed nose than European mackerel which are delicious grilled but very oily.

Ragwort, I'm shocked.
Wikipedia says, "Pacific saury are often imported to the United Kingdom where they are used as bait for sea fishing."(!!)
