Japanese taste ramen

This signboard in front of a ramen (Chinese noudle) shop says, "We mixed the soup of tonkotsu (pork born) with the soup of katsuobushi (dried bonito), sababushi (dried mackerel) and kombu (kelp)."
This kind of Japanese taste ramen are on the increase.
